Getting started
Choose your home city, then select the cities you work with. World shows their local times, Sync compares the same moment across cities, and Meet helps you explore work-hour overlap.
Manage cities and projects
Open Settings to add cities and create or edit projects. Projects group the cities you work with so you can switch between teams.
Change clock format and work hours
In Settings, choose a 12-hour or 24-hour clock, set default work hours, and adjust After Hours Flexibility for meeting planning.
Add a Home Screen widget
Complete setup in the app first. Touch and hold your iPhone Home Screen, choose Edit, then Add Widget, and search for What Time. You can also find illustrated instructions in the app’s Settings.
Where is my data stored?
Your cities, projects, and preferences are stored locally on your device and shared locally with the widget. What Time has no account or cloud-sync feature. Deleting the app removes local app data, subject to normal device-backup behavior.
